Public Benefits: What Every Immigrant Needs to Know

Miller Mayer Public Free Webinar

Thursday February 6th, 2020 2pm ET

The Trump administration finalized new rules which would restrict access to public benefits for certain immigrants, such as expanding the forms of public assistance to be considered toward inadmissibility. Federal courts have recently issued injunctions blocking the implementation of these rules, but immigrants should be vigilant and aware of all changes that may affect them. Miller Mayer attorneys Kristal Ozmun and Stephen Yale-Loehr will discuss the rules, their implications, and the litigation surrounding them during a free webinar on February 6th at 2pm ET.
